Prices and Availability
Items in stock will be shipped immediately. If your desired product is not in stock we will contact you by phone or email. We manufacture most items and can generally obtain out of stock items within 14 working days. However, despatch dates on these items is dependent on manufacturer and/or wholesaler lead times (which can be longer for imported items). Some prices may subject to change at any time. A member of staff will contact you if this is the case.
We send parcels by courier service. We package all items to withstand damage as far as practicable. We must have a full UK address with postcode and contact telephone number. We cannot give a definite time and date of delivery and so we require instructions of where the parcel(s) can be left should no one be in.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and at weekends will be despatched on a Monday. Courier deliveries are a three-seven working day service (depending on whether items are in stock), made any time between 8am and 6pm. Deliveries are not made on Weekends, Public or Bank Holidays. Shipping is calculated by cost of postage or courier service plus packaging materials. You can view shipping charges and options before entering any payment details and committing to your purchase.
Please note that there may be longer delivery times for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands and any non-mainland addresses.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of placing an order with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If your order is cancelled prior to goods being dispatched, you will receive a full refund. Credit notes will be issued for merchandise returned in saleable condition within 30 days. We cannot accept returns for refunds, exchanges or gift vouchers without proof of purchase. For returns by post the sender is liable for the postage charges and the risk of damage to the goods.
Please unwrap your order immediately upon receipt and inform us of any issues with your order immediately. With damaged or missing goods we must have notice within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged claimed for after this period. All goods are inspected prior to shipping; damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage to the packaging, note this on the delivery receipt, save all packaging materials and damaged products. Contact us immediately and we will file a claim on your behalf and replace or issue a credit note for damaged goods.

Up to 6 Sample Pots can be sent by Courier ... £10.00 including VAT delivered Next Day if ordered before 12 pm
Orders Under £75 (including VAT) ... £6.99 per consignment including VAT
Orders Over £75 (including VAT) ... shipping is free
N.B. Deliveries are not made on Public or bank holidays.
